  • 20 g of fresh yeast (or 1 bag of dry yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 320 g of plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • 1 buratta
  • 150 g of mozzarella
  • 1-2 handfuls of arugula
  • 100 g of smoked ham
  • 2-3 larger mushrooms


  • 100 ml of pureed tomatoes
  • 2-3 teaspoons of oregano
  • 1 spoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • add more Fjori fora oregano if desired

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and sugar. Let it stand until foam appears.
  2. Mix plain flour and salt in a bowl. Add activated yeast, olive oil, and knead until you get a smooth dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a circle. Place it on a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and spread them evenly over the dough. Add sliced buratta, mozzarella, arugula, smoked ham and mushrooms.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15-20 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy.
