  • 300 g of peel
  • 1/2 cup of red wine
  • Salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of pasta seasoning
  • Pasta as desired

Preparation

  1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil, add minced meat and fry until brown.
  2. Throw in grated carrots, add pelatas and red wine. Season with salt, pepper and ff pasta seasoning.
