Strawberry Sensation

Warning: This cocktail is full of joy and flavor! Welcome to Fjori’s Strawberry Sensation – a non-alcoholic delight with strawberry, honey, sparkling water, and lemon that will win you over with its sweetness and refreshing charm. Get ready for an explosion of flavors and bubbles of laughter!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey/brown sugar
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water
  • Ice cubes
  • A pinch of rosemary or sage

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Then place them in a blender.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice, and zest to the blender with strawberries.
  3. Mash the strawberries and other ingredients to obtain a puree-like mixture.
  4. Place a few ice cubes in each glass.
  5. Pour the mixture from the blender over the ice in the glasses.
  6. Finally, add sparkling mineral water to each glass.
  7. Gently stir the cocktail with strawberry, honey, mineral water, and lemon.
  8.  Garnish the glasses with fresh strawberries or a slice of lemon.
    9. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail!
Note: If desired, you can add a few fresh mint leaves and pinch of rosemary or sage for additional aroma and freshness. for a nicer color of the cocktail, you can add a few drops of food coloring
